Connect is our dance, music, art and yoga program. These forms of expression can be used with all populations and with individuals, couples, families, or groups. In general, these types of therapeutic activities promote self-awareness, self-esteem, and a safe space for the expression of feelings. Listed below are some of the benefits of these activities:
